German, English, French text. Summary: Discusses Hans Globke's role in the annihilation of European Jewry, focusing on his involvement in the euthanasia program and his racial theories. Globke praised Nazism, propagated the idea of the Final Solution, contributed to the toughening of Nazi legislation against Jews, and served as a henchman for the Gestapo. Mentions his role in the expulsion of 100,000 German Jews from the Sudetenland, and in the deportation of 30,000 Czech and 17,000 Slovak Jews to Poland in 1942. Argues that his participation in the verbalization of Nazi legislation led to the annihilation of 2,900,000 Jews in the occupied Eastern territories. After the war Globke succeeded in incriminating others and exonerating himself, with the assistance of influential friends and the Catholic Church, and in 1953 he became state secretary under Adenauer. Concludes that Globke must be tried for war crimes.
